Nucetra™ Energy Support is not a stimulant. It contains no caffeine, no guarana, no green tea extract and no other ingredient designed to rev up your nervous system. It was formulated by a pharmacist with a different goal: to supply the nutrients your cells use to make energy on their own.*
Here is exactly what is inside, how much, and why each ingredient was chosen.

The formula is built on three pillars.
Pillar 1: Fuel
Acetyl L-Carnitine (500 mg)
Your mitochondria burn fat for a large share of their energy, but fatty acids cannot enter mitochondria without help. Carnitine is the carrier that shuttles them in. Acetyl L-Carnitine is a special form that also crosses into the brain, where it can donate its acetyl group to help make acetylcholine, a messenger involved in memory and attention. That is why it is the ingredient most closely tied to Nucetra's "Mental Focus & Clarity" benefit.*
Coenzyme Q10 (100 mg)
CoQ10 is a vital link in the electron transport chain, the final stage of energy production inside mitochondria. Without enough CoQ10, the chain cannot run efficiently. Your body makes CoQ10, but production tends to decline with age, and statin medications lower it further. Nucetra uses ubiquinone, the form used in most published CoQ10 research. Because CoQ10 is fat-soluble, Nucetra is taken with food for better absorption.*
Pillar 2: Renewal and Brain Support
PQQ (10 mg)
PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone) is a nutrient found in small amounts in foods like kiwi, parsley, green peppers and fermented soybeans. Laboratory research shows PQQ activates PGC-1α, a master switch that tells cells to build new mitochondria. While other ingredients help existing mitochondria work, PQQ supports the body's natural process of renewing them.*
Citicoline (250 mg)
Citicoline, also called CDP-choline, supplies two things your brain uses constantly: choline, the raw material for the focus-and-memory messenger acetylcholine, and cytidine, used in building brain cell membranes. Research also suggests it supports the energy-producing activity of brain cells. Citicoline pairs naturally with acetyl L-carnitine, which supplies the acetyl group for that same messenger.*
Pillar 3: Energy Cofactors
B-vitamins are the helpers that make the energy assembly line run. Each one has a specific job, and Nucetra uses active, ready-to-use forms where it matters most.*
• Thiamin (B1): helps convert carbohydrates into fuel mitochondria can burn.*
• Riboflavin (B2): builds FAD, a carrier that moves energy-rich electrons.*
• Niacin (B3, as niacinamide): builds NAD, one of the most important energy molecules in the body. Niacinamide does not cause the uncomfortable flushing that plain niacin can.*
• Vitamin B6 (as P-5-P): the active form of B6, used in energy metabolism and in making brain messengers.*
• Pantothenic Acid (B5): builds coenzyme A, which fuel must join to enter the Krebs cycle.*
• Folate (as L-5-MTHF): the active form of folate. Many people carry a common gene variant (MTHFR) that makes converting regular folic acid less efficient. L-5-MTHF skips that conversion step.*
• Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin): an active form of B12 that supports energy metabolism and healthy nerve function.*
What Nucetra Does Not Contain
• No caffeine or other stimulants
• No gelatin (vegetarian capsules)
• No wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, tree nuts or peanuts
How to Take Nucetra
Take one capsule twice daily with food, 5 to 7 hours apart, for example with breakfast and lunch. Do not take both capsules at the same time. Use daily for 4 to 6 weeks to evaluate how it works for you, or take as directed by your healthcare provider.
A Note on Safety
Nucetra is designed for adults. As with any supplement, talk to your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medications, or have a medical condition. This is especially important if you take blood thinners or blood pressure medication, since CoQ10 can interact with them. Your pharmacist is a great resource for checking interactions.
The Bottom Line
Nucetra™ Energy Support takes a different path than typical energy products. Instead of borrowing energy with stimulants, it combines fuel, renewal, brain-support and cofactor nutrients to support how your cells make energy every day.
