How fast will I hear back?
We aim to reply within 1 business day. Weekend messages
usually get a response by Monday afternoon. Every email is read by a real person.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email. If you need
help finding it, send us your order number and we'll look it up for you.
Can I ask Dave a product question directly?

answers product and formulation questions whenever he can.
