How to take Allcerta

Each bottle contains 60 controlled-release vegetarian capsules, a 60-day supply.

Take with food. Do not exceed one capsule per day. Swallow whole; don't open or crush.

Do not combine with other zinc, selenium, or vitamin B6 supplements. Stop use if tingling or numbness occurs. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult your doctor before use if you are under medical care or taking medication.

Can I take Allcerta with Nerzetra or NuCetra?

Allcerta should not be combined with other zinc, selenium, or vitamin B6 supplements. Nerzetra contains all three, and NuCetra contains vitamin B6, so please consult your doctor before taking Allcerta with either product. See our Safety Guide for the full overlap chart.

Can I take Allcerta with a multivitamin?

Many multivitamins contain zinc, selenium, and vitamin B6. Check the label and talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them with Allcerta.
